Techno Electric & Engineering Company has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's ‘Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons’, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors, Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives with effective from from Monday, 01st January, 2024 and shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the announcement of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2023 by the Board of Directors of the Company. The date of Board Meeting for considering the said financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2023 shall be intimated in due course.
