Samvardhana Motherson International has acquired 100% stake of Samvardhana Motherson Adsys Tech from Motherson Auto, subject to satisfactory completion of conditions precedent. With this, Samvardhana Motherson Adsys Tech became wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
