Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015 and based on the intimation received from the Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’) - Link Intime India on December 20, 2023, Patel Engineering has informed that the RTA has received letter from the shareholder, Shah Saroj Damjibhai (Folio No: 0006415) regarding loss of share certificates with a request for issue of duplicate share certificates in lieu thereof. Further as required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022; the RTA shall issue ’Letter of Confirmation’ to the shareholder after compliance of required formalities.
