Adani Energy Solutions has informed that the Company has signed Share Purchase Agreement with PFC Consulting on 26th December, 2023 (5.15 pm IST) for acquisition of 100% Equity Shares of Halvad Transmission (HTL). HTL project consists of evacuation of 7 GW of renewable energy (RE) from Khavda RE Park, under the Phase III Part A package. AESL won the project through the Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) process. The project includes setting up a 765 kV Halvad switching station with 765 kV, 2x330 MVAr bus reactors and LILO (Line-In Line-Out) of the Lakadia - Ahmedabad 765 kV D/C line at Halvad. The details, as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 are enclosed.
