CSB Bank has informed that pursuant to the Bank's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (Code of Conduct) under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Bank shall remain closed for the designated persons and their immediate relatives defined under the 'Code of Conduct' from Monday, January 1, 2024, till the end of two clear trading days after announcement/declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ending on December 31, 2023.
