Ravinder Heights has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and ‘Code of Conduct on regulating, monitoring and reporting the trades in the shares of ‘Ravinder Heights Limited’, as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 01, 2023 till completion of 48 hours from the announcement to the Stock Exchanges regarding Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Month Ended December 31, 2023 would be consider by the Board. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company who may be reasonably expected to have in possession of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) shall simultaneously be intimated /advised not to deal/ trade in the securities, equity shares of the Company during the period of Closure of Trading Window.
