Prima Agro has informed that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company and pursuant to clause 4 of Schedule B read with Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time) the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from Monday, 1st January, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the 03rd Quarter and Nine months ending on December 31, 2023 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
