In furtherance to its earlier disclosures dated October 12, 2023; IRB Infrastructure Developers has informed that Samakhiyali Tollway (the SPV) has received the Appointed Date from the Competent Authority. Accordingly, the SPV has commenced toll collection and construction on the Project with effect from December 28, 2023. The project will be executed by IRB Infrastructure Trust, associate of the Company. Details of the project being implemented by the SPV are enclosed.
