Asian Star Co has informed that as per the Internal Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trades by Designated Persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed with effect from January 01, 2024 till 48 hours of the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023 (both days inclusive). The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and approval of the aforesaid results will be intimated in due course.
