The said step down subsidiary company was incorporated on December 28, 2023. The object of incorporation of this Step-Down Subsidiary is to expand Jewellery business in Oman. The Business of the Step-Down Subsidiary is in line with the business of the Company.
Kalyan Jewellers India designs and manufactures gold, diamonds, stones, and other precious metal jewelry products. The company serves customers worldwide.
