In terms of the provisions of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relative (‘the Code’), Sula Vineyards has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors / Designated Persons / Connected Persons under the Code from 1st January 2024 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending 31st December 2023 to the public. Accordingly, all Directors / Designated Persons / Connected Persons under the Code have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
