N.K.Industries has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall be closed from January 1, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2023. Accordingly, all Directors, KMP’s, Designated Employees, Connected Persons and Auditors of the Company have been advised not to trade in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
