Safari Industries (India) -- wholly owned subsidiary -- Safari Manufacturing has executed a Lease Deed with Mahindra World City (Jaipur) on December 29, 2023, to take on lease, property situated at Village Kalwara, Tehsil Sanganer, Jaipur-Ajmer Road, NH-48, District Jaipur, Rajasthan (said property). The said property is proposed to be used for setting up integrated greenfield manufacturing facility. Size of agreement is Rs 53.01 crore.

Safari Industries (India) is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of luggage and luggage accessories.
