The Cut-off date for determining the eligibility to vote by electronic means i.e. remote e-voting and e-voting during the EGM is Thursday 18th January, 2024; and appointment of MZ & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries as the Scrutinizer to scrutinize the remote e-Voting process and e-Voting during the EGM, in a fair and transparent manner.
