Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended), SEBI Press Release No. 16/2019 dated June 27, 2019 and in terms of the Company's Policy on ‘Prohibition of Insider Trading’, Parag Milk Foods has informed that the Trading Window for the purpose of dealing in the securities of the Company for designated persons and their immediate relatives, will remain closed with effect from Monday, January 1, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023, as may be approved at the concerned Board Meeting. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated separately.
