Sanrhea Technical Textiles has informed that the 'Trading Window' is being closed, in compliance to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, with effect from Monday, the 1st day of January, 2024 and shall be re-opened on third calendar day from the date of conclusion of Board Meeting in which the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2023 will be considered. The date of Board Meeting, as aforesaid, shall be intimated in due course of time.
