Fineotex Chemical has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) in the name of ‘Finoclean Specialities’ on December 30, 2023. The object of Finoclean Specialities is to carry on business as manufacturing, exporting, importing and dealing in speciality polymers and chemicals used for various industries like health, hygiene, detergents etc other than textiles and also dealing in all Chemicals.
Fineotex Chemical manufactures specialty chemicals consumed by textile and garment industry, leather, construction, adhesives paper, water treatment, agrochemicals, paint and other industries.
