In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and its amendments and as per the 'Policy on Disclosure and Internal Procedure for Prevention of Insider Trading' adopted by the Company, Kaira Can Company has informed that the Trading Window for all connected / designated persons of the Company will remain closed from January 01, 2024 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after announcement of the un-audited financial results for the third quarter ended 31th December, 2023 to the public. Accordingly, all Directors / Connected persons / designated persons of the Company have been informed not to trade in Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
