Ajmera Realty & Infra India has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of the Company in the name of ‘New Horizon Acres (NHAPL)’ on January 3, 2024. The company has received approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for incorporation of WOS of the Company. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued a Certificate of Incorporation for the same. The objective of the incorporation is to carry real estate development/ re-development projects through NHAPL.

Ajmera Realty & Infra India is primarily engaged in real estate development. Its real estate business caters to the mid and hi-end housing segments. It also operates in the hospitality and entertainment, which includes dome theatres, retail and malls, etc.
