Poddar Developers has received an approval for part sale of the company’s investment in Poddar Viva Housing. With effect to the said disinvestment, Poddar Viva Housing will no longer be a subsidiary of the company. The board of directors at its meeting held on May 03, 2013 has passed a resolution by circulation for the same.
The company has recently unveiled the first phase of its Rs 825 crore integrated township project - Poddar Navjeevan in Shahapur, Thane. The phase I of the project is spread across over 15 lakh sq ft, which involves construction of 1RK and 1BHK apartments, ranges from Rs 7.5 lakh to Rs 15 lakh.
