Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/ HO/ MIRSD/ MIRSD-RTAMB/ P/ CIR/202218 dated 25th January 2022, the company is in the process of issuing ‘Letter of Confirmation’ to the Shareholders after completion of necessary procedures regarding duplicate share certificates.
