Mold-Tek Packaging has informed that the Company’s new unit situated at Cheyyar, Tamil Nadu, India, will be inaugurated on Saturday, the 6th day of January, 2024, at 02:10 pm (IST) in the presence esteemed Director(s) and Official(s) of the Company. Further, the Commercial Production/ Commercial Operations at the said unit will commence on or before 31st March,2024. The details pertaining to capacity addition as a result of the new unit as stated above and as required under Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 are attached.
