Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI LODR’), Prism Johnson has informed that the Company has received an Order dated December 29, 2023 on January 5, 2024 from the Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Central Goods & Service Tax & Central Excise, Division Satna, Madhya Pradesh, inter alia, levying a penalty of Rs 23,50,064 under Section 74(1) of the Central Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017 / Madhya Pradesh Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017 read with Section 20 of Integrated Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017, for availing Input Tax Credit of Cess after the due date pertaining to the period 2017-18. The Company intends to file an appeal against the aforesaid order. The aforementioned penalty has no material impact on the financials, operations or any other activities of the Company.
