Having evaluated IHCL’s forward-thinking approach and processes, the jury assessed new ideas and approaches along with tangible results. The recent repositioning of the iconic Taj Mahal, New Delhi, through a comprehensive redesign and renovation was acknowledged by the jurors as an example of IHCL’s culture of innovation.
