Jet Airways’ JetPrivilege programme - India’s largest and most respected frequent flyer programme - has once again been conferred top honours at the prestigious Freddie Awards 2013, namely ‘Best Promotion for JetPrivilege’s 20% discount for online redemption of JPMiles’ and ‘Best Loyalty Credit Card: JetPrivilege HDFC Bank Credit Card’.
The Freddie Awards, regarded as the most important awards of their kind in the airline industry, celebrated some of the world’s best customer loyalty programmes, at a glittering event held in Washington DC, recently.
Jet Airways’ JetPrivilege programme has been a consistent winner at the Freddies Awards since 2004 introduced in 1988 by InsideFlyer magazine’s Randy Petersen, the Freddie Awards have grown in stature and importance to become the most prestigious member-generated awards in the travel loyalty industry.
