In this regard, it has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its Directors/KMPs/Officers/designated employees shall be open for trading after 48 hours of conclusion of the Board meeting.
