Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences has made a further investment by acquiring an additional equity stake of 5.04% in M/s Sarvejana Healthcare, material subsidiary Company. Consequently, the Company now holds 64.14% of the total paid-up Equity Share capital of M/s Sarvejana Healthcare. The company being the Holding Company of Sarvejana Healthcare has made further investment in its material subsidiary as a strategic investment.
