Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Advance Lifestyles has informed that Shobha Gopal Jadhav, Company Secretary (CS) & Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company has resigned from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, with effect from close of working hours of January 10, 2024. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFO/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are given in the enclosed Annexure I. Further, as mentioned under 7C in Part A of Schedule III Inserted by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2023, with effect from 15.7.2023, the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer had resigned from the position due to her personal reasons.
