Lumileds will procure Halogen Lamps from Jagan Lamps, which are sold under the brand name ‘PHILIPS’ as part of their product portfolio, while Osram will procure Halogen Lamps from Jagan Lamps, which are sold under the brand name ‘OSRAM’ as part of their product portfolio.
