T T has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 through video conference to consider and approve unaudited financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine month ended 31st December, 2023. As informed earlier, the Trading Window, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's code for Prevention of Insider Trading, is closed from 1st January, 2024 and would re-open after 48 hours from the date of announcement / declaration of un-audited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2023, on 27th January, 2024.
