Sayaji Hotels (Indore) has informed that the Trading Window for dealing/trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from the date of the notice till the completion of 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending 31st December, 2023. Accordingly, all the designated persons and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transactions involving dealing/trading in the shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
