Suraj Estate Developers’ sales stood at Rs 142.51 crore in Q3FY24 as compared to Rs 92.47 crore in Q3FY23 i.e. up by 54.11% on yearly basis. On quarterly basis sales up by 67.23% at Rs 85.22 crore in Q2FY24.
However, the company’s collections were down by 33.41% to Rs 68.49 crore in Q3FY24 against Rs 102.86 crore year-on-year (Y-o-Y) in Q3FY23. On quarterly basis, it increased marginally over collections of Rs 67.25 crore in Q2FY24.
