Cubex Tubings has allotted 24,10,575 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 5 per share (16,50,000 to the persons belonging to promoter group and 7,60,575 equity shares to the persons other than promoter group), upon conversion of equal number of warrants. Accordingly promoter holding has increased from 39.22% to 44.14%.
