Keystone Realtors (KRL) has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Ajmera Realty & Infra India (ARIIL) to purchase/ acquire 50% equity holding i.e., 5,000 fully paid up Equity Shares of Ajmera Luxe Realty, a 100% owned subsidiary of the ARIIL.

Earlier, the company had entered into an Agreement for Sale with Haren Textiles and Harit Synthetic Fabrics for acquisition of land admeasuring approximately 16,152.29 square meters situated at Dahisar (East), Mumbai.

Keystone Realtors is one of the prominent real estate developers and is engaged primarily in the business of real estate construction, development and other related activities in India.
