In continuation of the letter of even no. dated 29th March, 2023 specifying the closure of Trading Window for the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, Gail (India) has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of GAIL (India) which is already closed from 1st January, 2024 shall further remain closed till 31st January, 2024 for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
