Further in terms of ‘Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading’ adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company that was closed for all designated persons from January 01, 2024, shall be re-open on Monday, January 29, 2024 after 48 hours of the declaration of financial results for the quarter/nine months ended December 31, 2023.
