Newtime Infrastructure has signed Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Shareholders of MVERX Technologies (MVERX) to purchase 100% voting rights in MVERX resulting which the MVERX has become 100% wholly owned subsidiary of the Newtime. Cost of acquisition is Rs 1.10 crore to be paid on acquisition of 10,000 equity shares of MVERX.

Newtime Infrastructure is engaged in media-related software and production activities.
