Further, as intimated vide letter dated 26th December, 2023, the trading window pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and company ‘Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, and Reporting of Trading by Insiders’, was closed from Monday 01st January, 2024 and shall remain closed up to 09th February, 2024 and shall re-open on February 10, 2024.
