SBI raises Rs 5000 crore through bonds

State Bank of India (SBI) has raised Rs 5000 crore through 5000 Non-convertible, Taxable, Perpetual, Subordinated, Unsecured, Fully Paid-up Basel III compliant Additional Tier 1 Bonds of face value Rs 1 crore each in the nature of debentures at a coupon of 8.34%. 

State Bank of India is the country’s largest lender and it offers a wide range of services in the Personal Banking, Agriculture/ Rural, NRI services, SME and Corporate Banking etc.
