With reference to its letter dated 25.12.2023 submitted to Stock Exchange regarding intimation of request received from Shareholder for issue of duplicate share certificate. Indian Acrylics has informed that after due verification of documents and complying with necessary formalities duplicate share certificate has been approved on 19.01.2024 and Letter of Confirmation as per SEBI guidelines have been issued to the shareholder for dematerialization of the same, details of which are enclosed.
