With reference to announcement dated September 26, 2023, wherein the Company had submitted its Annual Report for FY 2022-23 along with the Notice of the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM), Shah Metacorp has informed that they noticed typographical and clerical error in cashflow statement. It does not have any impact on financial position of the company and do not have any adverse effect on shareholders’ interest. In view of the above, they enclosed the revised Annual Report of the Company for the FY 2022-23.
