Thangamayil Jewellery has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at Corporate office of the Company, 25/6, Palami center, New Natham Road, Madurai - 625014 on 1st February, 2024 (Thursday) to consider and approve the Un-Audited financial results for the 3rd Quarter ended 31st December, 2023 & declaration of Interim Dividend, if any. Pursuant to regulation 42 of (LODR) Regulations, 2015, it has informed that the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend, if declared, which are enclosed. In view of the above, the trading window for trading in the company’s Equity shares by the Designated Persons and other connected persons shall remain closed from 1st January, 2024 (Monday) to 3rd February, 2024 (Saturday in terms of the requirements of the company’s code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations, 2015.
