Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed a third hotel in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. The brownfield project will be branded as an IHCL SeleQtions hotel. With the addition of this, IHCL will have three hotels across SeleQtions, Vivanta and Ginger brands in Ayodhya.
The 150-key hotel, sprawled over 1.3 acres, is at a short driving distance from the upcoming Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram International Airport as well as popular tourist spots. It will feature a range of dining options, including an all-day diner. Other recreation facilities will include a spa, swimming pool, and fitness center. The hotel will also offer over 10,000 sq. ft of banqueting space, ideal to host social gatherings and corporate events.
