Kaarya Facilities and Services has informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday February 9, 2024 to Thursday February 15, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose taking record of the shareholders for the ensuing Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) of the Company to be held on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at the registered office of the Company. Further, informed that the Company has fixed Thursday, February 5, 2024 as the cut-off date for the purpose of remote e-voting, for ascertaining the names of the Shareholders holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialised form, who will be entitled to cast their votes electronically in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the EOGM.
