Sandhar Technologies has completed the consolidation of its manufacturing facilities of Assembly Business and Sheet Metal Business, into a single state of art manufacturing facility at Mysore.
In furtherance of the same, the land and building of the Old manufacturing facility of Assembly Business is being monetized and an ‘Agreement to Sale’ for this property located at Madargalli Village, Varuna Hobli, Mysuru Taluk, Mysuru, Karnataka measuring 2 Acres 18 Guntas, along with the structure thereon (Schedule Property) has been executed on January 23, 2024, for a total consideration of Rs 6,23,00,000.
The Sale deed shall be executed within a maximum period of 6 months from the execution of the Agreement to Sale, as agreed with the Purchaser. The proceeds from the above sale will be used by the company for its expansion plan.
Sandhar Technologies has established itself as manufacturer of automobile accessories, safety locks, door hardware etc.
