Canara Bank has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2023 (Q3FY24).
The bank has reported 26.88% rise in net profit at Rs 3,656.12 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 2,881.52 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 23.33% at Rs 32,333.93 crore for Q3FY24 as compared Rs 26,217.86 crore for corresponding quarter of the previous year.
On consolidated basis, the bank reported 27.88% rise in its net profit at Rs 3738.26 crore for Q3FY24 as compared to Rs 2923.16 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 25.73% at Rs 35,630.18 crore for Q3FY24 as compared Rs 28,338.08 crore for corresponding quarter of the previous year.
