TeamLease Services has informed that I.M.S.I Staffing (IMSI/Transferor Company 1), a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of TeamLease, and Keystone Business Solutions (Keystone/Transferor Company 2); a step down Wholly Owned Subsidiary of TeamLease, have been amalgamated into TeamLease Digital (TDPL/Transferee Company), a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of TeamLease. The Scheme of Amalgamation has been approved under Sections 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Compromises, Arrangements and Amalgamations) Rules, 2016, by relevant regulatory authorities including the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, vide its Order dated January 04, 2024, and a certified copy of the said Order was duly received on January 11, 2024. The appointed date of Merger is April 01, 2022.
