DLF has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2023 (Q3FY24).
The company has reported 57.25% rise in net profit at Rs 463.66 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 294.86 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 14.74% at Rs 1117.40 crore for Q3FY24 as compared Rs 973.89 crore for corresponding quarter of the previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company reported 26.60% rise in its net profit at Rs 655.71 crore for Q3FY24 as compared to Rs 517.94 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 5.38% at Rs 1643.51 crore for Q3FY24 as compared Rs 1559.66 crore for corresponding quarter of the previous year.
