Batliboi & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, in terms of Regulation 33 and 52 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (Listing Regulations). The report of Auditors is with unmodified conclusion with respect to the Financial Results; Compliance under Regulation 32 and Regulation 52(7)/(7A) of the Listing Regulations for the quarter ended December 31, 2023; Compliance under Regulation 54 read with Regulation 56(1)(d) of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular dated May 19, 2022, for the period ended December 31, 2023.
