In terms of Regulation 39 (3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulation), Ambar Protein Industries has informed that the Company has received intimation regarding loss of share certificate from the shareholder. The Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company - Link Intime India has received a letter from the mentioned shareholders and have informed the Company about the same on January 23, 2024. Further, subject to completion of required formalities by the mentioned shareholders, the Company will issue duplicate share certificate in lieu thereof.
